Neemo, by Global Computers & Networks, lets you delete your account and associated data at any time. You can do this in two ways.
Delete in the app
Open your Account Profile in the app and tap Delete Account at the bottom, then confirm. Your account and associated data are scheduled for deletion right away.
Delete by email
Send a request to hello@neemoapp.com from the email address on your account, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." We will verify your request and confirm once your data has been deleted.
What gets deleted
- Your account information (name and email address).
- All recordings and photos you created in the app.
- Your family group memberships.
What may be retained
We may retain a limited set of records that we are required to keep for legal or security purposes. These are kept no longer than required and are then deleted.
Timeline
Deletion is completed within 30 days of a verified request, and we will email you confirmation.
Just want to remove a recording?
If you only want to remove specific recordings but keep your account, you can delete individual recordings directly in the app.
